  1. Add .vcf files next to each session to allow people to add to their calendar. (Handful of events, easily made in Outlook)
  2. Add a Google Calendar for the event? (can do this for each event, or as an aggregate, by day... Googlecalbutton)
  3. Add link for time conversion
  4. Add help links for editing the Wiki
  5. Blog tag? CLTI has been suggested. Create a page that aggregates blog posts with this.
  6. Let conference calendars know about this event

Couldn't find tools for schedule management in mediaWiki on first sweep (a few potentials and some scripts for building ics / icf calendar files) Seems like it would be a pretty easy thing to put together - but for this quantity of events it doesn't make sense:)
