Facilitated discussion topics will be determined based on questions and topics raised in the Discussion Topics page.
Each discussion will be assigned a facilitator.
Participants will be asked to include themselves on this page as an "Active Participant" for sessions where they want to actively ask questions, discuss what they are doing, challenges they are facing, etc. Ideally, active participants will have audio capability for the session and will have tested it.

Thursday at 2PM Central - eLearning 2.0 - Where, When and How
Discuss the questions:
- Where does eLearning 2.0 (or Web 2.0 tools applied to learning) apply in corporate learning organizations?
- When should you consider these approaches?
- How can you get started? What works to help get this moving?
- Or is eLearning 2.0 not even relevant to a corporate learning organization?
This will be an open discussion, but likely will also include several participants who will share their examples of what they've done.
Friday at 2PM Central - Golden Age for eLearning? or a Race to Barely Good Enough?
Discuss the questions:
- When does it make sense to spend more time, effort, cost to create learning? When not?
- Does the growth of SME produced rapid eLearning and use of reference solutions suggest that we are headed towards barely good enough solutions? Is that acceptable?
- Are we just adding to the noise for employees?
- Is fast instructional design sufficient?
This will be an open discussion.
